- Representing a client in proceedings before the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) in a dispute relating to a consortium that was the preferred professional service provider in the construction of a R2 billion Integrated Rapid Public Transport Network (IRPTN);
- Representing a client in a private commercial arbitration claim and counterclaim involving a disputed R183 million contract relating to the compilation of a property valuation roll;
- Acted in over 100+ matters in the High court of South Africa;
- Defending a client in a contractual dispute relating to the construction of a waste cell site and storm-water management systems with a value of R49 million.
- Acting as lead attorneys in
ZAR3 billion. procurement dispute.
- Acting for an emergency lights manufacturer in successfully interdicting The National Treasury of the South African government from implementing a multi-million Rands contract that was to be rolled out nationally on all police vehicles based on a flawed procurement process;
